Seasonal Leasing Agent (July - August 2026)
JSM Living is a local property management company seeking a
Seasonal Leasing Agent
to support our residential leasing operations during our busiest time of the year. This temporary position runs from
early July through late August , with a potential (but not required) extension through September. If you're energized by a customer-focused environment and enjoy working with a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Dates and Availability
Position runs from approximately
July – August 2026
Must be available to work
August Saturdays
(8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Priority work dates
include:
Saturday, August 8
Saturday, August 15
Friday, August 21
Flexible daytime hours:
20 to 40 hours per week , depending on availability and business needs
This position is 100% on-site at our Champaign, IL office
What You’ll Do
Provide courteous and professional service to residents and visitors, both in person and via phone/email
Assist with move-in day coordination and preparation of materials
Support key pick-up logistics and related administrative tasks
Help maintain office organization and cleanliness
Drive company vehicles for errands, resident services, and key deliveries (must have a valid driver's license)
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, team-oriented, and organized individuals
Strong customer service and communication skills
A valid driver’s license is required
Previous office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
