Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter (Commercial) role based in Cheyenne, WY. The Carpenter will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks related to commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, metal framing, concrete foundation work, demolition, doors and hardware, utilizing hand and power tools, installing finish carpentry elements, and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards. The Carpenter will work closely with the construction team to complete projects efficiently and effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Expectation for this role includes being able to productively utilize and lead 1-2 laborers as needed.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry
Experience with the use of Hand Tools and Power Tools
Preferred
Skills in Metal
Framing, Concrete Formwork, Doors & Hardware
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations
Previous commercial construction experience is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in carpentry or construction-related fields are a plus
