The Staff Analyst will support the acquisitions and valuations functions, reporting to a Vice President on the investment team. This is a strong entry point for someone looking to build a career in institutional real estate investing with hands-on exposure to underwriting, due diligence, and portfolio-level analysis. Key Responsibilities
Prepare pro forma cash flow projections in Argus Enterprise and Excel for quarterly appraisal valuations Prepare pro forma cash flow projections for the analysis of potential acquisitions and redevelopments Perform due diligence including lease abstraction, contract review, and financial statement analysis Conduct comparative analyses of property budgets across leasing, rent, expenses, and capital expenditures Analyze demographic and market data Perform ad hoc analyses to support operating decisions and investment client requests Assist in preparation of the annual strategic plan presented to investment partners Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Accounting Entry-level to early career candidates welcome Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent quantitative analysis skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong work ethic and team player Argus Enterprise / DCF software experience a plus Yardi experience a plus Compensation & Benefits
