Sr Marketing Specialist(Remote)

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of consumer-facing marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. This person will play a key role in keeping projects on track, aligning cross-functional teams, and helping deliver high-impact campaigns from concept through launch and analysis.

This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, collaborating with creative and business partners, and improving marketing effectiveness through organization, communication, and performance insights.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate integrated marketing initiatives from kickoff through launch and wrap-up

Maintain campaign schedules and help ensure stakeholders stay aligned on milestones, priorities, and deliverables

Support execution of both print and digital marketing projects with a focus on timing, accuracy, and quality

Create clear project briefs to help internal teams execute against business goals

Manage workflow across multiple partners, helping prioritize projects and keep deadlines on track

Collaborate with teams across creative, digital, merchandising, analytics, and other business functions

Partner on campaign reporting and use performance insights to inform future efforts

Assist with marketing landing page planning, content coordination, and launch readiness

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related area

At least 4 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, project management, or a similar function

Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Familiarity with project management and creative collaboration tools such as Workfront and Figma

Ability to manage details without losing sight of broader campaign objectives

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience in retail, e-commerce, loyalty, or consumer marketing
