About The Role As a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will:
Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
