Compensation Range:
$27 - $29 Per Hour
What We Are Looking For SMCP USA Inc. (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, De Fursac) seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator. This is an exciting, hands‑on opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing French retail group in the affordable luxury sector. This position will assist in the maintenance of the Maje USA and Canada websites.
Organizational Structure - Reporting Relationships
Direct Supervisor: Maje Director of Ecommerce
Executive Head: Vice President, Digital & Customer Experience
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities Ecommerce Platform Management
Manage product catalog setup, including activation, categorization, copy updates, and attribute configuration
Ensure accuracy of product display, pricing, and inventory
Identify and resolve product, inventory, or site functionality issues in a timely manner
Partner with CRM to build and maintain product selections for campaigns and site features
Maintain and update SEO attributes across product and category pages
Content & Promotions
Support site content updates, including asset coordination and scheduling
Assist with promotional setup (sales, discounts, campaigns)
Contribute ideas for site optimization and overall user experience improvements
Additional Ownership
Oversee the Maje Secondhand site operations
Approve secondhand listings in a timely manner
Business Analysis
Produce recurring reports on product performance and return reasons
Support broader business analysis to inform merchandising and operational decisions
Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of eCommerce or digital experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
