Our Client is one of the largest privately held owners of industrial, office, multi-family, and mixed-use properties in the Carolinas. With RE investments surpassing $2.5 billion and 35M SQFT of developed and acquired assets. They are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our growing team and property portfolio in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio consisting of office and industrial properties in the Greater Charlotte Market. Report to the Director, Office Property Management in the Charlotte office. Contribute to a fast-paced environment where teamwork, responsiveness and customer service are highly valued. Operate with problem-solving, analytical, decisive abilities and effective communication. Qualifications
