Job Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent service and support to customers by phone, email, and in person. This role focuses on answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Document customer interactions accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Basic computer skills
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work full-time in office
