Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting/waiting on customers and service technicians for parts needs, achieving assigned sales goals, stocking shelves, checking in and shipping parts to customers, and maintaining core control.
Also handle incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, assist in maintaining showroom displays, parts counter area, and catalogs, etc., and keep current with new products and promotions.
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, some college-level coursework preferred, with at least two years of work-related experience, and medium/heavy-duty truck experience preferred.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers. Drug screen and criminal clearances are also required.
