2+ years of residential or commercial property management experience in lease negotiation and administration. Minimum one year experience in a customer‑service‑related industry and one year residential leasing experience, OR a combination of accounting skills/education with customer service experience. Car ownership and willingness to visit properties as needed. Valid California real‑estate license. Experience with property management software such as AppFolio. Spanish speaking is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Hours & Commitment
Full‑time position. Opportunity for commission with California real‑estate license. Job Responsibilities
Work with a team and individually on daily tasks and annual projects related to property management and leasing. Leasing and contractual agreements: conduct showings, review applications, and draft leases. Property inspections and landlord‑tenant move‑in/move‑out coordination. Rental evaluations and marketing campaigns; post notices. Rent collections: monthly rent receivables and handling delinquencies; collect past due rents and maintain communication with tenants and landlords. Resolve tenant complaints and address tenant issues. Assist with special projects as needed. Provide direct assistance to the Manager and President. Compensation and Benefits
