Position Overview We are seeking a
detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal
to join our Fort Lauderdale office. This role will primarily support
investment and family-based immigration matters , while also assisting with
estate planning documentation .
The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple cases in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications, including:
E2 and EB-5 investor visas
Family-based petitions
Business immigration matters
Communicate with clients to gather and organize required documentation
Maintain and manage case files, deadlines, and timelines
Track case progress and ensure timely filings
Draft legal documents, correspondence, affidavits, and immigration forms
Conduct basic legal and immigration research as needed
Schedule client consultations, interviews, and preparation sessions
Assist with estate planning documentation and file organization
Provide regular case updates to the managing attorney
Qualifications
2+ years of immigration paralegal experience required
Experience with
E2, EB-5, L2-1 or business immigration required
Associate's Degree or Paralegal Certificate required (Bachelor's preferred)
Proficiency in case management systems and
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, client-focused, and detail-oriented
