Job Details We’re looking for a Superintendent with commercial ground-up construction experience. This role is responsible for field execution, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, inspections, safety, and pushing the project to timely closeout.

Ideal candidates have:

Experience with ground-up shell, tilt-wall, sitework, and structural packages

Track record of managing subs and maintaining schedule

Ability to lead field operations from mobilization to TCO

Strong communication with PM and ownership teams
