Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple active loan files from intake through closing readiness Process construction, DSCR, fix-and-flip, and bridge loans, ensuring documentation is complete and conditions are tracked Order and follow up on third-party items, collaborating with underwriters and maintaining accurate file documentation
Required Qualifications
Construction loan processing experience (required) DSCR processing experience (required) Fix-and-flip and bridge file processing experience (required) Investor non-owner-occupied lending processing experience (required) Private money or hard money background preferred
