About the Role
The Manufacturing Manager is accountable for leading safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations while fostering a positive, high‑performance workplace culture. This role is responsible for ensuring production standards are consistently met through effective process management, continuous improvement, and strong people leadership.
With a strong focus on safety, quality, cost control, and growth, the Manufacturing Manager drives operational excellence while developing engaged, skilled teams. The role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance people development with customer satisfaction, performance reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver reliable outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in business or engineering.
Demonstrated experience in operational management in a manufacturing environment.
Some exposure to Lean Manufacturing (preferred).
Strong leadership skills, with sense of urgency and decisiveness.
Comfort in managing people.
