HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Founding Sales Executive to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this founding revenue role within a high-growth fintech startup building financial infrastructure solutions. Position Overview The Founding Sales Executive will take ownership of the full commercial sales cycle, from early prospect engagement through closing enterprise-level agreements. This role requires a consultative sales professional capable of translating complex financial infrastructure and API-based products into clear business value for executive stakeholders. The position requires a proactive seller who can independently build pipeline, conduct high-level discovery conversations, and close deals with senior decision makers including finance leaders, technical leaders, and treasury teams. This individual will collaborate closely with leadership to help shape the sales motion, messaging strategy, and commercial execution during an important stage of company growth. Core Responsibilities Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing Generate and maintain a self-sourced pipeline through outbound outreach, professional networks, and strategic targeting Conduct consultative discussions with senior stakeholders including CTOs, CFOs, and treasury leadership Translate complex fintech infrastructure concepts into clear business outcomes and operational value Maintain disciplined pipeline management and exceed established revenue targets Contribute to the development of sales messaging, sales processes, and commercial strategy Partner closely with leadership and internal teams to refine the company's go-to-market execution Engage with prospects across multiple channels including meetings, demonstrations, and solution consultations Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) 36 years of consultative B2B sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota through new business acquisition Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently through outbound prospecting Experience selling complex technical solutions, infrastructure products, or developer-focused technologies Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical decision makers Strong problem-solving ability and consultative selling approach Stable employment history without frequent job changes Preferred Qualifications Experience selling financial infrastructure, payments platforms, fintech solutions, or developer tools Background in solution-oriented or deployment-style sales environments Experience engaging technical and financial stakeholders simultaneously Competitive background such as athletics, military service, or high-performance environments Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset within startup or early-stage environments HireNow Package Work Location: Onsite in New York, New York Base Salary: $150,000 $300,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $300,000 $600,000 Benefits & Additional Compensation Equity participation opportunities Full benefits package including healthcare and retirement programs Standard PTO and company holiday schedule Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
