We are seeking a highly experienced
AEM–AEP QA/QE Lead
to drive
end-to-end quality engineering strategy
across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations. This is a
leadership + hands‑on role
where you will own testing across the entire Adobe ecosystem, including
AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, Adobe Analytics, Target, and Journey Optimizer .
Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end QA strategy for AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms) and AEP implementations.
Define test approach for content, integrations, data pipelines, identity, and personalization use cases.
Lead functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing across AEM-AEP-Adobe ecosystem (Analytics, Target, Journey Optimizer).
Validate AEP data ingestion, XDM schemas, identity stitching, and profile accuracy.
Ensure test coverage for personalization, audience activation, and real‑time decisioning scenarios. Implement test automation strategy (UI, API, data validation) aligned with CI/CD pipelines.
Drive defect triage, risk assessment, and Go/No Go decisions for releases and pilots.
Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure business aligned quality.
Provide quality metrics, dashboards, and test insights to leadership and clients. Strong Automation Experience (Cypress, Playwright, or other tool).
Required Skills
12+ years of experience in testing AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and other components.
AEP testing: data ingestion, schemas (XDM), datasets, identity integration testing across Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch/Web SDK API testing, data validation, and test automation tools.
QA governance, release management, and stakeholder communication; integration & cloud REST APIs; event‑driven systems; Adobe Launch / Web SDK integrations with Adobe Analytics, Target, Journey Optimizer; Cloud Services (AWS / Azure / GCP) familiarity.
Soft skills & leadership; strong architecture and decision‑making mindset.
Ability to articulate technical concepts to business leaders.
