Regular business hours with predictable and consistent attendance required. Responsibilities
Greet customers on the sales floor and perform a needs analysis covering vehicle make, type, and desired features. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation both in the showroom and during test drives. Research model availability and optional equipment using the dealership's computer database. Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance managers to negotiate sales terms including price, trade-in value, taxes, licensing, and financing options. Conduct regular visual inspections of the vehicle inventory on the lot. Complete all necessary paperwork and arrange vehicle delivery and registration. Deliver vehicles to customers and provide an orientation on vehicle features and operation. Attend department meetings and complete required training sessions. Maintain regular and predictable attendance to support team success. Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Strong organizational skills to manage sales leads and paperwork accurately. Basic computer skills for database research and sales documentation. Willingness to learn detailed product knowledge and sales techniques. Reliable and consistent attendance.
