Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant for our client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, with a deep understanding of the platform’s capabilities and best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements.

Conduct in-depth requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware tools.

Conduct data migration and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.

Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices and optimization strategies.

Mentor junior consultants, ensuring their professional growth and development.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.

Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems using APIs and middleware tools.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Willingness to stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

Mental and Physical Requirements

Ability to work on-site.

Ability to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information.

Ability to problem‑solve, work under pressure, and effectively manage stress.

Ability to work independently.

Employment Details

Work Model – Onsite

Employment Type – Full‑time

Salary – $90000 - $140000 per year
