Founding BDR Opportunity

We are a close-knit, high-talent-density team and have grown significantly in the last seven months. We are looking for our Founding BDR to scale to our next level. This is a track role to Founding AE or GTM leadership in 6-12 months. What You Will Do

1. Architect the Outbound Engine Systems Thinking:

Use Clay, Apollo, and Instantly to build automated, highly personalized outbound flows. You don't just send emails; you build systems that find the right person at the right time. Multichannel Execution:

Multichannel reachouts across LinkedIn, Email, and Cold Calls to book 20+ high-quality meetings per month. 2. Technical Qualification Speak "Engineer":

You will be prospecting to CTOs and Heads of Engineering. You need to understand AI infrastructure well enough to have a peer-level conversation, not just read a script. Feedback Loop:

Act as the "eyes and ears" of the market. Feed competitive intelligence and objection patterns back to the Product and Growth teams. 3. Scale the Playbook Writing the Manual:

Document every winning subject line, objection handle, and sequence. You are building the foundation for the next 10 BDRs we hire. Data Governance:

Maintain a pristine CRM. You believe that if it isn't in the CRM with 100% accuracy, it didn't happen. Requirements

1+ Year in B2B SaaS:

Ideally in a technical space (DevTools, AI, Data Infra). Automation Mindset:

You find manual data entry offensive. You are comfortable (or eager to learn) using AI tools, scrapers, and sequencing software to multiply your output. Relentless Agency:

You don't wait for a lead list. You build it. You thrive in the ambiguity of a "0-to-1" environment. Elite Communication:

You can distill complex technical value propositions into 2-3 punchy sentences. Bonus Points

AI-Native:

You use Claude or Cursor to speed up your workflow. Technical Background:

You've dabbled in code or understand the modern AI stack (LLMs, RAG, Evals). What We Offer
