Pay: 60,000 – 120,000
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships and create customers for life by understanding their needs and guiding them through the vehicle selection process.
Become a product expert—master vehicle features, packages, and the latest technology.
Deliver professional, high-quality demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Learn to navigate objections and excel in sales situations.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance.
Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence every day.
Qualifications
Prior experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Eagerness to learn new products and technologies quickly.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Acceptable driving record per dealership guidelines.
Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check.
