Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations. Qualifications
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Ability to effectively relate to a customer Dedicated to customer service Professional sales experience preferred Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License. Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior. Growth potential inside of multiple office agency and mentorship toward owning your own State Farm agency Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
