As we scale toward $10M+ in revenue, we are looking for a Marketing Associate who is a self-starter and innovator. Compensation: $40k - $55k (Based on qualifications and experience)
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Coordination & Campaign Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
2. Agency & Advertising Support
Support coordination with external agency managing Facebook and Google Ads.
Review campaign performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Track leads, conversions, and overall effectiveness.
3. Reporting & Analytics
Maintain reports on leads, cost per lead, and ROI.
Organize and analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and insights.
4. Content & Design Support
Create marketing materials including mailers, door hangers, and digital assets.
Assist with website updates, brand consistency, and content creation.
Qualifications
Education: Associate’s degree with coursework in Marketing, PR, Business, Advertising, Journalism, or Communications.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, Photoshop, Canva, AI, and Illustrator.
Knowledge: Foundational understanding of traditional, digital, and content marketing.
Soft Skills: Strong technical writing, editing, and organizational skills. You must prioritize key tasks and communicate with the appropriate people.

Reliable Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to Phoenix, AZ 85085 or plan to relocate before starting work.
