Our Product Marketing team serves as a critical bridge between our product, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring a seamless connection between what we build and how we position it in the market.
The Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support go‑to‑market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement for the Nylas platform. This highly strategic role requires deep experience in product marketing, a strong understanding of the developer‑focused SaaS landscape, and a proven ability to drive revenue through compelling positioning, messaging, and execution.
What You’ll Do
Lead a structured customer research program across segments and ICPs, conducting interviews to uncover actionable insights that inform messaging, product direction, and go‑to‑market strategy.
Own and operate the Nylas Customer Advisory Board, facilitating roadmap reviews and structured feedback sessions to ensure customer needs influence product direction.
Develop high‑impact case studies, customer narratives, and reference programs that translate technical implementations into clear business outcomes.
Conduct competitive analysis across direct and adjacent players, building and maintaining battlecards, objection handling frameworks, and win/loss insights for sales and customer‑facing teams.
Design and execute programs that improve activation, adoption, and expansion across the customer lifecycle, including email‑based onboarding, nurture programs, and targeted campaigns.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create enablement materials, product work sessions, and resources that help teams implement and scale with Nylas, focusing on reducing time‑to‑value and boosting retention.
Refine ICP definitions, segmentation, and messaging based on customer insights, usage patterns, and deal feedback, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and end‑to‑end go‑to‑market execution.
Define key success metrics, analyze performance data, and refine marketing strategies based on insights.
What You Must Bring
3-5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably developer‑focused, API‑driven, or technical platforms.
Deep proficiency with AI tools for research, content, and workflows.
Proven ability to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies at scale that drive measurable business impact.
Strong understanding of APIs, developer ecosystems, and cloud‑based platforms, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions.
Experience working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive revenue and adoption.
Expertise in market research, customer insights, and performance analytics to inform strategy.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting compelling narratives for executive, sales, and customer audiences.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders across departments to align on strategy and execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
