Central Marketing Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial marketing leader with a strong background in subscription-based business models. The Central Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across a global user base.
This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, analytics, design, and business development teams to develop and execute data-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to optimize performance and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of acquisition, engagement, and retention marketing strategies
Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize conversion, activation, and user lifecycle performance
Analyze performance data to generate insights and inform strategic recommendations
Partner cross-functionally with global teams including marketing, product, engineering, analytics, design, and business development
Define, track, and report on key performance metrics to measure success and guide decision-making
Drive continuous improvement by incorporating test results and insights into future campaigns and strategies
Develop geo-specific messaging, value propositions, and customer narratives to enhance market relevance
Manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or subscription-based business models
Strong understanding of subscription economics, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies
Deep expertise in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven marketing optimization
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience working on complex, cross-functional, and global initiatives
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Passion for technology products and familiarity with integrated ecosystems is a plus
Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
Additional Requirements
This is a 12-month contract opportunity
This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA and requires hybrid work
The pay for this W-2 position is $73.00 per hour
This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked
