Owning the execution of industry events strategy. Owning execution of external marketing campaigns. Managing Target Plus website strategy and content enhancements. Owning Development of Marketplace Partner Case Studies and Success Stories. Job duties may change at any time due to business needsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in digital sales, business development, or merchandising. Experience with corporate contracting and knowledge of basic legal, operational, and financial terms preferred. Experience building and managing a wide pipeline of external prospective vendors / business partners preferred. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, able to manage discussions with both internal teams and external partners. Ability to analyze and respond to market data, trends, and guest insights to support sourcing strategies. Familiarity with digital marketplaces and an understanding of the DTC landscape preferred. This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
