Job Summary
The Marketing Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing tradeshows, events, and marketing activations across markets nationwide. This role supports sales and marketing initiatives by managing end‑to‑end event logistics, maintaining promotional inventory, tracking budgets, and delivering post‑event insights. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
This position requires frequent travel and close partnership with sales leadership, vendors, and internal marketing teams to ensure events are executed seamlessly and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
Plan, manage, and execute events from concept through completion, including internal events, client events, tradeshows, promotions, sales incentives, and ticket requests
Manage all event logistics, including venue sourcing and booking, vendor coordination, event setup, and breakdown
Partner with cross‑functional teams to promote events and develop strategies to maximize attendance, brand exposure, and audience engagement
Maintain a comprehensive annual event calendar
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute market‑specific event strategies that drive sales objectives
Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics plans
Coordinate with external vendors on catering, audiovisual needs, signage, and other event requirements
Travel extensively to event locations across the United States
Compile post‑event reports including event metrics, attendee feedback, ROI insights, and recommendations for improvement
Inventory & Event Management
Manage promotional materials, displays, and inventory related to events and tradeshows
Track execution timelines and expenses for each event
Support and manage onsite execution of tradeshows and events
Provide regular status updates on event progress, sales impact, budgets, and project plans
Assist with the production and coordination of marketing materials for events
Marketing Support
Provide day‑to‑day support to the Marketing team on marketing and communication initiatives
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High attention to detail and strong follow‑through
Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics
Ability to work cross‑functionally and support sales‑driven initiatives
Strong communication and vendor management skills
Willingness and ability to travel extensively

Salary Range: $47,579 - $59,535
