PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $88,000.00–$107,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $68,300.00–$127,500.00 annually. Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job‑related skills, experience, and education or training.

As a Senior Marketing Specialist on the Member Marketing team, you’ll help bring marketing strategies to life by supporting and coordinating campaigns that connect with audiences and advance BECU’s goals. You’ll play a key role in shaping marketing initiatives by translating ideas into actionable plans and ensuring smooth execution across channels. Through research, analysis, and collaboration, your work will inform smarter decisions and stronger outcomes. You’ll partner with internal teams and external partners to deliver thoughtful, effective marketing solutions. Your contributions will help ensure marketing efforts are aligned, consistent, and impactful.
To join our dynamic team, you must be a resident of WA, ID, CA, AZ, TX, GA, NC, VA, or SC. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we request that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC or in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Campaign Execution & Support – Lead the support and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
Marketing Planning & Brief Development – Help develop and refine marketing plans and draft project briefs to guide campaign execution.
Process Improvement – Build, maintain, and continuously improve marketing processes for consistency, efficiency, and high‑quality outcomes.
Research & Benchmarking – Conduct research and competitive benchmarking to inform marketing strategies and identify emerging trends.
Reporting & Performance Analysis – Prepare detailed reports and performance analyses, using campaign metrics to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
Project Coordination – Coordinate logistics and scheduling for marketing projects, ensuring deliverables are aligned and on track.
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration – Manage communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to support collaboration and project outcomes.
Budget & Expense Management – Track budgets and manage expenses for the team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
Timeline & Risk Management – Monitor project timelines, proactively identify risks, and address challenges to keep work within scope.
Brand Stewardship – Champion brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent work or education‑related experience.
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in a business environment.
Desired Qualifications
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of brand and its relation to positioning, marketing strategies, channels, and tactics.
Ability to set and achieve project‑related goals that support overall marketing strategies.
Math skills related to budgeting and expense management.
Experience with CRM systems and life‑cycle marketing.
Organizational and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
