Hourglass’ digital ecosystem is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a self‑motivated, analytically minded, and creatively curious Growth Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role you will support the execution and optimization of Hourglass’ global paid media efforts for direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) and retail environments. Working closely with the Senior Director and Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll contribute to full‑funnel acquisition initiatives – including media planning, performance analysis and new media channel explorations. Experience with a media agency or familiarity with media buying across Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and Paid Search (Google) is preferred, as is proficiency with Google Analytics or comparable analytics platforms. Superior communication, organizational skills, strong attention to detail and confidence in stakeholder collaboration are essential.

What You Do

Support the end‑to‑end execution of global media campaigns, including planning, launch, optimization, and performance reporting across multiple channels and regions.

Own the creative trafficking and QA process, ensuring assets are delivered, launched on time, and aligned with platform and brand best practices.

Analyze campaign performance to surface key insights, learnings, and optimization opportunities across creative, audience and placement strategies.

Coordinate day‑to‑day communications with media agency and external partners to support campaign execution, timelines and deliverables.

Partner closely with the Creative team to inform and evolve evergreen and key product launch content strategies, translating performance insights into actionable creative feedback.

Assist in tracking budgets, monthly billing and purchase orders, helping maintain financial accuracy.

Collaborate with agency partners and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment.

Support the development of A/B testing roadmaps, identifying opportunities to test formats, messaging, hooks and visual variations.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience supporting paid marketing across digital channels; media agency and/or luxury space experience preferred.

Proficient in data analysis tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Attribution Platform and Shopify.

Detail‑oriented with excellent project‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, initiatives and timelines simultaneously.

Must be eager to learn, test and impact within a high‑performing collaborative environment.

Analytical mindset with a creative interest.

Self‑starter who stays motivated in fast‑paced environments.

Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.

The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $85,000 per year. The exact base salary is determined by experience, skills, education, geographic location and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
