Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to join our Public Sector team.
What You’ll Do Strategic Content Development: Write and edit executive summaries and pursuit materials that articulate strategic messaging in a compelling, persuasive manner while ensuring "one‑voice" consistency across documents.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Opportunity Owners and Subject Matter Experts to capture, shape, and synthesize complex technical information into clear, grammatically correct content.
Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all professionally produced proposal content is compliant with government regulations and organizational standards while maintaining the master proposal content library.
What You’ll Bring 6+ years of experience in government proposal development, including at least 3 years specifically in a Proposal or Technical Writer role.
Strong knowledge of the government acquisition process, contracting regulations, and industry proposal best practices.
Proven ability in multi‑tasking and transforming technical details into responsive proposals using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Professional, and Google Suite.
A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Association of Proposal Management Professionals certification is preferred.

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00
Salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
