Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in partner marketing, event marketing, or a related business‑to‑business (B2B) marketing role within the technology industry.
Experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with cloud technologies, Google Workspace, and the broader cloud business and channel ecosystem.
Experience in project management, including tracking and measuring ROI for marketing initiatives.
Ability to influence executive stakeholders and manage agency partners effectively.
Excellent with written and verbal communication.

A core component of this mission is fostering partner experiences and engagements that build partner mindshare, loyalty, and advocacy in the market ultimately enabling our partners to drive customer success, revenue, and market share growth.
As a Marketing Manager, Global Partner Events, you will drive marketing strategy and execution focused on our global partner ecosystem. You will be instrumental in fostering relationships with our partners through in‑person events as well as digital programming. Leveraging a mindset and event execution skillset, you will bring to life compelling and creative in‑person experiences for our partner community, building mindshare, awareness, and engagement. This role requires a blend of collaborative execution, creativity, innovation, and an understanding of how to engage and influence partners across various channels to build mindshare, loyalty, and advocacy. You will operate as a key individual contributor, driving marketing outcomes for projects within the global partner marketing function.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $142,000–$205,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Lead marquee in‑person partner events, including Partner Summit at Google Cloud Next, regional Partner Connect moments, and other ancillary programming.
Be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of global moments, leading large cross‑functional working groups.
Use data to draw insights, identify business gaps, and propose action plans to optimize partner engagement and program effectiveness, and achieve measurable targets for mindshare and pipeline.
Manage program timelines, project plans, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of all partner communications, social, and recognition initiatives.
