SaaS Legal Counsel for LATAM – Hybrid

A leading SaaS company is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team in Austin, TX. This role involves reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, providing legal guidance across business units, and supervising outside counsel. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school, be a member of the U.S. State Bar, and possess over 2 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in a technology setting. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
