Hiring For Director Business Development, Healthcare

Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts for the Healthcare vertical, managing a target list of ~25 key accounts while building and maintaining a robust qualified sales pipeline.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new automotive customers, anticipating evolving supply chain and logistics needs while maintaining strong relationships through regular business reviews.
- Prepare and present client quotations, bids, and commercial proposals, ensuring timely submission through Tender Management in alignment with the Hellmann Sales Strategy.
- Serve as the primary liaison between automotive customers and internal operations teams, supporting seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer, pipeline, and commercial activity records within Hellmann’s CRM, while supporting company goals through market insight, collaboration, and required travel.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Logistics/Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirement
- Possess a minimum of 10 years related experience in sales, marketing, and customer service
- Proven track record of increasing sales year over year
- Possess a minimum of six years sales experience in freight forwarding
- Proficient knowledge of all Hellmann products, and partner network
