Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of the Chamber’s Strategic Plan
- Build strong relationships with businesses, civic leaders, and community partners
- Oversee budgeting and financial management
- Plan and execute key community events and programming
- Lead marketing, communications, and tourism initiatives
- Manage staff and office operations
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in nonprofit management, business development, marketing, or related fields
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Experience working with a Board of Directors
- Financial oversight and organizational strength
- Passion for small business and community engagement
