Salesforce Integration Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Integration Architect with strong expertise in API-led integrations and Salesforce Service Cloud to design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

This role is focused on architecting integrations between Salesforce and external systems , enabling seamless data flow and supporting high-volume customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience designing integration architectures , deep knowledge of Service Cloud , and proven experience operating in a Salesforce ecosystem .

Key Responsibilities

1. Integration Architecture (Core Focus)

• Design and own API-led integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise systems
• Define and implement integration patterns using:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica)
• Build real‑time and batch integrations
• Data flow
• Error handling and retries
• Performance and scalability
• Ensure secure and reliable data exchange across systems
• Lead architecture and implementation of Service Cloud solutions
• Implement and optimize:
• CTI integrations
• Knowledge base and support workflows
• Ensure seamless data flow across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Define data models and integration touchpoints
• Maintain data integrity, consistency, and governance

4. Solution Design & Stakeholder Engagement

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture
• Lead architecture discussions and design sessions
• Act as a hands‑on architect , not just an advisor

5. Delivery & Collaboration

• Work with developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders
• Drive delivery in Agile environments
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and production‑ready

Required Qualifications (Strict Must-Haves)

Integration & API Expertise

• Strong experience designing integration architecture (not just implementing APIs)
• Hands‑on experience with:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• Integration patterns
• Experience with middleware:
• MuleSoft / Boomi / Informatica or similar
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
• Deep understanding of:
• Customer service operations
• Proven experience operating as an Architect or Solution Architect
• Ability to design end‑to‑end system architecture

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of:
• Data integration and data architecture
• Proficiency in:
• SQL
• Programming/scripting (Python or similar) is a plus

Experience

• 8+ years of experience
• Strong background in:

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Salesforce certifications (Integration Architect / Application Architect)
