Role Summary
Lead technical engagements with enterprise customers, understand customer security challenges, design tailored solution architectures, and articulate technical value. Influence product direction and help define Sales Engineering best practices as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and understand customer environments, cloud architectures, and security workflows.
- Deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops.
- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
- Translate customer requirements into solution architectures and business value narratives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
- Support RFPs, security reviews, and technical documentation.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering.
- Represent the company at industry events and webinars.
- Stay current on cloud security, AI, and security automation trends.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical pre‑sales role.
- Strong focus on Cloud Security.
- Cloud security practitioner with CNAPP experience.
- Deep technical fluency with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern security architectures.
- Solid background in networking
etwork security. - Confident presenter with experience in live demos and executive-level discussions.
- Experience with fast-growth start-ups and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Skilled at building trust with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Passionate about cybersecurity, AI, and defending against modern threats.
- Based on the East Coast (US).
