Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with 5G Core + 4G LTE + IMS
- Ability to design and explain end-to-end network + roaming architectures
- Deep understanding of signaling + user plane flows
- Experience with roaming (MNO, MVNO, global interconnects)
- Proven experience mentoring and leading engineers technically
- Ability to whiteboard:
- 5G SA/NSA flows
- End-to-end call/data flows
- Experience working in implementation + build environments (not just strategy)
- Strong troubleshooting + deployment background
