About the Role
As a CBRE Consulting Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of workplace consulting, mentoring team members, and supporting business development. This job is part of the Client Consulting function, which provides advisory services related to real‑estate operations and investments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a project team to successfully deliver complex, client‑facing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline, and achieving high client satisfaction.
- Facilitate impactful senior‑level engagements with key stakeholders and cultivate strong, trusted client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
- Mentor and actively develop the professional growth of junior team members, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and opportunities for skill enhancement and career progression.
- Conduct thorough research and rigorous analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of findings to support strategic insights.
- Develop compelling and actionable strategic recommendations, presenting findings clearly to senior leaders and effectively building consensus to drive organizational change.
- Architect comprehensive change‑management strategies and implementation plans, guiding organizations through transitions and ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives.
- Participate actively in business‑development activities, including crafting and delivering persuasive client presentations, conducting diagnostic assessments, and preparing compelling proposals to secure new engagements.
- Travel frequently to client sites across the U.S., engaging directly with stakeholders and project teams (with travel potentially reaching up to 50% during peak project periods).
- Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE’s RISE values and influencing senior‑level stakeholders to adopt new perspectives.
- Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi‑discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 7+ years of relevant experience in the areas of real estate, architecture, design, or consulting. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

- In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior experience with design and analysis software such as Tableau, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, and/or Revit is highly preferred.
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
