A multinational electric company is looking for a sophisticated Senior Counsel to join their office in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This role involves providing corporate and commercial legal services, drafting and reviewing contracts for their major U.S. affiliate. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment are essential. Familiarity with Japanese and Spanish is a plus.
