large, well-established organization within a highly regulated transportation and infrastructure environment
to hire a
Property & Contracts Specialist . This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting supporting
aviation-related operations, facilities, and tenant relationships . If you enjoy working at the intersection of

dynamic, aviation-focused environment Work across
leases, contracts, and real estate operations
What You’ll Be Doing: Manage and support
leases, permits, licenses, and contracts
tied to facility and tenant use Review development plans and ensure
compliance with agreements and regulations Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on projects and property use Conduct
tenant compliance inspections
and monitor improvements Track and report on
revenue streams and operational performance Prepare reports, maps, and documentation to support ongoing operations
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Public Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience
in property management, contracts, leasing, or related work Ability to
read, interpret, and manage contracts and agreements Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a
regulated, compliance-driven environment
Nice to Have: Experience in
aviation, transportation, or infrastructure environments Background in
real estate, land use, or facilities management Familiarity with regulatory compliance and multi-stakeholder coordination
Additional Notes: Role will require a
background check aligned with federal security standards Ideal for someone who enjoys
structured environments, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination
