Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Representative based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The Insurance Representative will assist clients by identifying their insurance needs, selling tailored insurance products, providing ongoing support in claims processing, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves advising on various insurance solutions, performing cost analysis, and addressing customer inquiries. While the role is primarily based in San Juan, some flexibility to work from home is offered.
Qualifications
Knowledge and expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance Brokerage, and general insurance practices
Basic understanding of Finance and financial principles related to insurance
Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using technology and software tools to manage insurance operations
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous
