The Role: Real Estate Associate We are seeking a Real Estate Associate to join our Charlotte, NC team and play a critical role in expanding our real estate footprint. This is a hands-on, strategic role at the intersection of property development, leasing, and commercial real estate operations. The Associate will support high-impact development projects, manage leasing operations, oversee property acquisitions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring innovative projects to life.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in the end-to-end management of commercial real estate transactions and development projects
Conduct market research and property evaluations to identify growth opportunities
Coordinate with developers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely project delivery
Manage leasing operations, including negotiations, compliance, and tenant relations
Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights and analysis
What We’re Looking For:
Knowledge of commercial leases, real estate transactions, and property management
Experience or strong interest in real estate development and site acquisition
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and identify opportunities
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Familiarity with real estate software tools and the Charlotte, NC market is a plus
