Commercial Analyst – Aggregator This role focuses on performance tracking versus targets at both brand and portfolio level, diagnosing gaps across the funnel, and proposing data‑driven solutions in partnership with the Senior Manager Aggregator and Portfolio Brand Aggregator Managers. The analyst will build and maintain reporting, deliver actionable insights, support negotiations with robust evidence, and enable rapid response to performance volatility across multiple brands and aggregator platforms.
Key Responsibilities Channel and Performance Management
Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards that track performance against targets at brand and portfolio level.
Track, interpret and influence performance marketing activities across aggregator partners, competitors and IPH portfolio brands.
Monitor trends and flag deviations from target; lead structured gap analyses with recommended corrective actions.
Support rapid response on volatility by quantifying impact, identifying drivers, and recommending mitigations.
Maintain performance scorecards by aggregator partner and brand, ensuring consistent KPI definitions and data quality.
Analytics & Insights
Conduct funnel analysis and driver diagnostics to quantify where value is lost across the funnel and make actionable recommendations to improve performance.
Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to forecast outcomes and support both strategic and tactical decision-making.
Partner with Pricing and Finance to incorporate unit economics into channel recommendations.
Support test‑and‑learn initiatives and measure uplift to build the optimization playbook.
Partner & Commercial Support
Provide data packs and insights for partner reviews and negotiations.
Track competitor moves across aggregators and adjacent channels, providing risk and opportunity insights.
Maintain a repository of best practices and monitor adherence across brands and partners.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Brand Aggregator Managers, Marketing, and Sales to align insights and actions with brand goals.
Collaborate with Product, Pricing, Actuarial, and Finance to ensure recommendations align with margin guardrails.
Partner with Finance & Data Science teams to build out & evaluate different internal & external attribution models.
Support quarterly planning with target tracking, forecasts, and variance explanations for senior stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Data/Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
1–3+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, commercial operations, or marketplace/aggregator environments.
Proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; experience with SQL and/or Python/R preferred.
Ability to track performance against targets, identify gaps, and propose data‑driven solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into clear narratives for stakeholders.
