Overview
Kutztown Dining Services is seeking creative, outgoing students to join our team as Dining Ambassadors! This paid on-campus role offers hands-on experience in marketing, communications, customer engagement, and event support — all while having fun and building your resume. As a Dining Ambassador, you’ll assist the Dining Marketing Team with promotional initiatives, customer service, social media content, and campus events. We\'re looking for energetic KU students who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with peers. Responsibilities
Assist with planning, hosting, and staffing dining events and tabling activities Promote KU meal plans through peer-to-peer outreach Create and support social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) Help with photography and videography as needed Support orientation, admissions events, and university recruitment days Conduct student surveys and gather feedback Contribute to digital and print marketing projects (Canva, signage, etc.) Complete light office tasks and follow Aramark safety policies At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done makes a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. Qualifications
Current Kutztown University student Outgoing, reliable, and comfortable engaging with peers Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Majors in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Social Media, Design, or related fields Experience in content creation, photography, or event coordination Interest in marketing, promotions, or sales This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). About Aramark
