Snr Treasury Analyst @ Real Estate PE Firm

Coda Search is partnering with a fast-growing real estate private equity firm with offices located in Dallas, TX. Reporting to the Treasurer, this individual will play a critical role in managing liquidity, optimizing cash position, and supporting cash management duties. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily cash positioning across fund entities, operating accounts, and capital call/distribution accounts; ensure adequate liquidity at all times Oversee all ACH and wire transfers Monitor and reconcile cash activity across multiple banking relationships and custodians Coordinate lender reporting packages and support the finance team in closing new debt financings and refinancings Serve as a primary point of contact for banking partners; manage account structures, signatories, and online banking platforms Support the onboarding of new banking relationships or treasury management services as the firm scales Produce weekly and monthly treasury reporting for senior leadership, including liquidity dashboards, debt maturity schedules, and covenant trackers Improve treasury processes, controls, and systems; lead or support implementation initiatives Qualifications

3+ years of treasury experience Strong financial modeling and cash flow forecasting skills; advanced Excel proficiency Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across a complex multi-entity environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
