Job Description
The Marketing Intern supports the development and execution of social media content across the organization’s owned brands and partner channels. This role provides hands‑on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand engagement within a healthcare environment.
Position Overview Location: Remote Schedule: Part‑Time (15‑20 hours per week) Duration: Summer or Fall Semester (based on candidate availability and start timing)
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and scheduling of daily social media content across multiple platforms.
Support content development for both internal brands and external partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align posts with brand voice and strategic initiatives.
Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
Help track engagement and performance metrics as needed.
Work Environment & Schedule
Fully remote position.
Estimated 15–20 hours per week.
Internship duration aligned with summer or fall semester timelines.
May be eligible for school credit depending on program requirements.
Potential for paid internship based on budget approval.
Supervision & Support The intern will report directly to the hiring manager for day‑to‑day guidance and project direction, with overall oversight from senior leadership.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written communication skills with attention to tone and detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Creative mindset with an interest in digital marketing and brand development.
Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
