Job Description Our Strategic Growth Team (SGT) is seeking a full‑time Marketing Intern located in Indianapolis, IN. This temporary position is open to individuals currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program. The internship is part of the WSP Summer Internship Program, a 12‑week schedule beginning May 18, 2026. The exact start date may be flexible.

Your Impact

Support a variety of marketing tasks to develop technical, social, and ethical skills.

Learn basic principles of the AEC industry.

Assist with formatting, editing, and preliminary design of marketing documents.

Complete training on assigned tasks.

Provide writing and editing support for marketing materials, resumes, and proposals.

Coordinate marketing content and support proposal development.

Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Exercise responsible and ethical decision‑making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

Note: There is no relocation or housing assistance associated with this internship.

Required Qualifications

Actively enrolled in an accredited Journalism, English, Writing, or related undergraduate program with an anticipated graduation date of August 2026 or later.

Must be 18 years or older.

Demonstrated interest in the AEC or related field with a strong desire to advance skills related to WSP’s work and projects.

Supporting nation‑wide marketing teams in the Earth & Environment business sector.

Competent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to an engineering and non‑engineering audience.

Capable of taking direction from leadership, mentors, and managers to execute executive projects.

Proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, technology, and tools.

Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety, and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

Authorization to work in the United States at the start of the internship.

Preferred Qualifications

Actively enrolled in an accredited Journalism, English, Writing, or related Master’s or Ph.D. program with an anticipated graduation date of August 2026 or later.

Experience using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat.

Prior internship and leadership involvement on campus.
