Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is seeking a talented, full‑time associate to join its nationally recognized Real Estate practice group in the New York office. This is a partnership‑track opportunity within a dynamic and growing department that consistently closes top‑tier deals in New York City and across the nation. With more than 85 real‑estate attorneys across eight offices, our collaborative team handles a diverse mix of high‑value transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, leasing, and joint ventures. While based in New York, you will gain broad exposure to sophisticated matters nationwide and play a meaningful role on complex, market‑leading deals. We are looking for candidates with four to six years of real‑estate experience, particularly in equity transactions, who are eager to take on significant responsibility and grow within a supportive, high‑performing practice. A strong academic record, excellent writing and organizational skills, and a team‑oriented mindset are essential. New York Bar membership is required. At the time of posting, the expected salary range for this position is $310,000 to $390,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to education, training, skill sets, licensure and certification, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
