Pay Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $21/hour) and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses.

Schedule Must be available to work rotating Saturdays and occasional evenings for resident events.

Responsibilities Work with prospects who are interested in our communities, answer leads, schedule appointments, take prospects on a tour, process leasing applications, provide excellent service to residents, work alongside maintenance, create great experiences for move‑in and move‑out, manage rent collection, host resident activities, lead the team, assist the Property Manager as needed.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments, and take prospects on tours.

Process leasing applications, put together lease paperwork, request security deposits, and secure signatures.

Provide resident services for renewals, notices to vacate, early termination, pet additions, transfers, and account questions.

Collaborate with maintenance, walk apartments for inspections, confirm property standards, and follow up on work orders.

Create a great experience for residents upon move‑in.

Process move‑outs and security deposit dispositions.

Post rent payments and follow up on balances owed.

Plan, prepare, and host resident activities.

Lead the team, contribute to training, and help accomplish goals.

Assist the Property Manager as needed.
