Job Overview As Sales Manager – AI Solutions, you’ll be responsible for building, coaching, and scaling a team of AI Solutions Consultants. You’ll own team performance, deal quality, and sales process execution — while also stepping into key deals to guide strategy and close. This is a hands‑on leadership role — part coach, part strategist, part closer.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, onboard, and coach AI Solutions Consultants to execute consultative, technical sales cycles at a high level.
Work directly with reps on discovery, positioning, technical validation, and closing strategy for high‑value opportunities.
Build a structured, repeatable process for discovery, demos, technical validation, and closing.
Ensure the team can confidently speak to data flows, integrations, predictive modeling, and ROI — not just product features.
Drive accountability around pipeline quality, conversion rates, and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
Analyze metrics like pipeline coverage, win rates, deal size, and sales cycle length to optimize team output.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to improve messaging, product‑market fit, and go‑to‑market strategy.
Support and help close complex or strategic opportunities.

Strong technical sales background — understands how complex SaaS deals actually get done.
Proven ability to coach reps on discovery, qualification, and deal strategy.

Proven track record of:
Closing high‑value deals.
Coaching reps to improve win rates and deal quality.
Strong understanding of:
CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Data integrations, APIs, and marketing tech stacks.
Performance metrics (CPL, CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates).
Experience building or scaling a team in a startup or high‑growth environment.
