Job Overview The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will lead strategic go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives to drive the adoption of product solutions within priority verticals, specifically TV & Film. Serving as the essential link between Product, Marketing, and Partner teams, you will translate market signals into product opportunities and ensure every launch delivers measurable impact for our partners.

The ideal candidate is a cross‑functional leader who thrives on data and has a proven track record of building scalable campaigns that improve product adoption and partner outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategies that drive feature adoption and partner success across TV, Film, and informative content verticals.

Influence the product roadmap by distilling market feedback; manage the full launch lifecycle from alpha/beta testing to global rollout.

Create high‑impact marketing materials, case studies, and educational resources that articulate the value of our product suite.

Define KPIs and design measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of virtual events, IRL activations, and digital campaigns.

Partner with Vertical Marketing Managers to integrate specific product solutions into broader industry‑facing narratives.

Identify and optimize B2B distribution channels to effectively reach, educate, and convert target audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product marketing.

Experience managing agencies and external partners.

Strong project management, organization, and cross‑functional coordination skills.

Comfort working with data, metrics, and performance insights to inform decisions.

Excellent understanding of media publisher value proposition on TikTok.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience running adoption campaigns for products (tech, platforms, tools, or creator products).

Experience in the creator economy, media, entertainment, or platforms.

Experience working across multiple markets or regions.

Familiarity with lifecycle or lower‑funnel marketing tied to product adoption.

Job Information Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93,600 - $220,400 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day‑one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
